Sciatica is a painful and often debilitating condition involving inflammation of the sciatic nerve. I will share with you how a typical remote healing session works. When we do the first healing session I ask you how and when the pain started and which side/leg you feel the pain on. Then, I will ask you what your pain level is from 1-10, 10 being the most intense pain level. I also take into consideration any emotional/stress factors in your life because these usually play a role in the healing process.

After that, I will send healing energy to the spine focusing typically on the lower lumbar area of the spine as this is where the pain usually radiates from. I also focus the energy on the areas where the muscles are contracting around the sciatic nerve. After about 10min, I ask you for another pain level from 1-10. With most of my clients, this number is usually lower in the first 10 minutes. We continue to repeat this procedure over the course of the hour until the pain is greatly reduced or gone completely. In some cases, two or three sessions are necessary to obtain complete relief.

We also address the emotional aspects of sciatica which I have found relate to a person’s feelings about the support they get in their life. Often it is due to fear issues.
