Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by stiffness and pain in the shoulder joint. Signs and symptoms typically begin gradually, worsen over time and then resolve, usually within one or two years.

Then you have to close your eyes, relax, and focus lightly on the area of pain in your shoulder. I then begin to send the healing energy into your shoulder area for about twenty minutes. Later, I will ask you for another pain level from 1-10. Most of my clients can sense or feel a reduction in the pain level within the first twenty minutes. We repeat this process a couple of more times within the hour. Many of my clients are free of pain after the first session. Others require two or three sessions for optimal relief.
