Ready to book your energy healing session? An hour is recommended for your first session as the results will be longer-lasting and optimal. What can I expect in my healing session?

I will ask you about the issue you would like to have worked on and some history about it. Then, I will ask you for a discomfort or distress level from 1-10, 10 being the highest.

After that, I will ask you to close your eyes, relax, and very lightly focus on the issue you would like to heal. And then will send energy into the area of distress for 10-20 minutes. I will ask you about your pain/distress level again. It will most likely be lower. We will repeat this process a couple of more times until you are at zero pain whether emotional or physical.

Some of my clients simply want an energy recharge and for this, all that you need to do is close your eyes and relax into the energy flow.

Will I feel anything during the healing session?

Many of my clients report feeling heat, coolness, tingling, and after the session, a feeling of peace and energized well-being.
